The Eagles are among a number of clubs believed to be tracking the former Colchester midfielder. The 25-year-old moved to St Andrews last summer, but has barely featured for the Blues and looks to be on his way out.
Warnock told the South London Press: "I spoke to his agent but there is nothing concrete to report."
