The Argentinian goalkeeper, a three-time player of the year at Selhurst, would have been out of contract in the summer but has now committed his future to the club.
Manager George Burley, who had already tied skipper Paddy McCarthy and last season's top scorer Darren Ambrose to new deals, said: "It's a long-term project and we are building for the future."
And Speroni, 31, added: "This is good news all round for the club, especially with Darren and Paddy also signing new contracts."
