The end of Euro 2004 has seen a surge in transfer activity as the European clubs get back to preparing for next season. With Palace fans still awaiting the first confirmed signing of the close season, a slew of players have been connected with moves to Selhurst Park – most of them strikers.

Palace could offer former-Arsenal player Jay Boothroyd a return to the Premiership, after the striker fell out of favour at Perugia (SkySports)
