Fitz Hall should return to the heart of Palace’s defence as Dowie’s boys look to put an end to a four-match winless run.
Hall missed last week’s home draw against Wolves through injury, but has fully recovered now and should link up with Darren Ward in the centre back spots.
Still recuperating on the sidelines are Danny Butterfield, Danny Granville and Aki Riihilahti.
Dowie has indicated he was quite pleased with how the 4-3-3 formation worked against Wolves, so don’t be surprised if the same tactic is used at Home Park tomorrow.
Argyle could have fans’ favourite Akos Buzsaky back if he passes a late fitness test. Darren Ward’s brother Elliott is also expected to play in his last game before his loan from West Ham ends.
