"I asked my agent Mel Stein to speak to the FA about it," Oster told Sky Sports News.
"I'm owed four weeks' pay and Palace still owe my agent some money. There's also an issue about money they wrongly took from me about six months ago. I just want it resolved as soon as possible."
Palace chairman Simon Jordan last week said all bonus payments would be paid at his discretion in June or July and that playters who were leaving would be settled up by cheque. Then then said there would be no further comment by the club.
But Oster is still worried.
He said: "I'm obviously concerned as they say the bonuses will be paid at the end of the month along with my last pay day. I fear the same scenario will arise again.
"If Palace knew they were going to pay us by cheque then why didn't they send the cheques out when we should have been paid last month? I'm not being greedy, I just want what is mine."
