Palace fans will be wondering if Victor had been sold earlier in the week could Administration have been avoided?
Neil Warnock wishes his player well.
Warnock said: "I expect to see Victor do very well in the Premier League and I think a lot of other managers, who have ummed and ahhed and thought I was wasting their time, are going to eat their words.
"I see him floating around up front off a targetman. Good players can play anywhere.
"He's got the ability and the quality and he's added the hard work of late.
"I've told him I'm really looking forward to watching him and if he needs me at all I'm on the end of the phone."
