Lawrence is struggling at this level and Warnock has politely suggested he will be better off elsewhere.
Warnock said: "We feel it is time for Matt to have a change of scene. Matt and I had a chat in the week and we agreed that he should be playing every week which is something we can't offer him at Crystal Palace."
