Arsenal fancy easing their calamity keeper problems by snapping up Gabor Kiraly – according to the player’s agent.
Kiraly has been a revelation in goal since taking over the number one spot from Julian Speroni in September.
And it seems Arsene Wenger now sees the Hungarian number one as the man to seal up Arsenal’s leaky defence.
Kiraly’s agent, the ironically monikered Gunnar Grynner, reckons a host of other Premiership clubs share this interest in the Palace goalie – but that Arsenal lead the way.
"There has been no contact from Arsenal, but I know that they are watching him, and so are other teams from The Premiership," Grynner told skysports.com.
"I don't think there will be anything in January, it is more likely in the summer.
"There are about three or four other teams who are looking for a good goalkeeper, but I don't want to say too much about them at this stage.
"He has signed a two-year contract at Crystal Palace and is happy there, and is just concentrating on doing his job."
