Green joins Blackpool

Former Palace midfielder Stuart Green has joined Blackpool after having his contract at Selhurst Park terminated by mutual consent.

Green had been pursued by Blackpool for some time, but previous attempts to strike a deal had faltered over terms.

He has now signed an 18-month contract with the Seasiders, with the option of a 12-month extension.
