Crystal Palace manager George Burley has been impressed with his new central-midfield partnership of Andy Dorman and Owen Garvan. Former St Mirren man Dorman and ex-Ipswich playmaker Garvan made their debuts in Saturday's 3-2 win over Leicester at Selhurst Park. "They are quality players," said Burley. "Andy, in pre-season, found the pace quite quick but I thought he stepped up to the plate "Owen is a quality player, one of those players who is never rushed and never gives the ball away. He spreads it about and has a lovely left foot, like a wand. "He got us playing and as a 22-year-old he is a great acquisition."
