Tony Finnigan, Moses' agent and a former Palace player, seems to be speaking as if a move away is the next logical step for young Victor.
"We can't deny the interest is strong in him - he is one of the best 18-year-olds in the country, bar none," Finnigan told skysports.com
"We are hopeful that should a deal be struck then it would be a good deal for all parties concerned.
"As a former Crystal Palace player myself, I am keen for them to get a satisfactory deal and one they deserve considering the work they have put into Victor.
"But Victor will be moving to the club which is best suited to him. It is my job to make sure he goes to the best footballing environment for him."
